Also, the right to return all products within 14 days of delivery or pickup, for purchases from our online shop.

RETURNS POLICY
Returns
You have the right to return the products that you have bough and ask for replacement:
- in all cases where wrong products or products of poor/defective quality were sold with a proven fault of the company (mistakes in ordering, invoicing, shipment, damaged during shipment, bad packaging, etc.).
- in all cases where there was a problem / actual defect in the product (function or quality) covered by the warranty of the product and provided the guarantee was given by the company. This does not cover products covered by third-party guarantees such as the manufacturer of the product or his representative.
In all these cases, the customer has the option of either not accepting the receipt at the outset or, after receiving, returning the product within 14 days of delivery.
In any case, the products must be returned in excellent condition, in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product is the one that normally accompanies the product and is in perfect condition. If they are not returned within 14 days then the company may refuse to accept any refund and replacement. In addition, in all cases, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by all documents accompanying the product (e.g. identity card, receipt). Prior to each return, it is advisable to consult with Lyris SA.
If any item you received is problematic you can bring / dispatch the product without incurring the cost of transportation. If the product exhibits a manufacturing defect, we immediately replace it for free. In the event that we have sent you the wrong kind, we send you the right one and we assume any cost of transportation, old and new product.
In case you want to return the product for your own reasons, you can do it within 14 days (on full packing), taking on the transportation costs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
How to cancel an online order
If you have chosen to pick-up from Lyris SA, you can cancel your order at any time up to 2 working days, after the order confirmation date, by calling the shop you chose to pick-up your product.
If you have chosen the delivery by courier, you can cancel your order at any time before the product is handed to the delivery service.
After the dispatch of the product, your order status will automatically update and you will no longer be able to cancel your order.
You can of course, return the product you bought following our Returns Policy as described above.
