The lyris.gr uses the Greek megethologio. See below for basic measurements corresponding to each size. The tables are intended to guide you to find the size that fits you. They should be used as indicative as the correspondences between different megethologia (European, English, Italian, American, etc.) Is not absolute.The proposed lyris.gr if your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger.

Measuring Instructions

For the woman

1. Perimeter chest
pass the tape measure around the most crowded part of your chest

2. Waist Measure from the highest point normally wear your pants

3. Perimeter region passed the tape around the most crowded part of your region

For the man

1. Chest circumference

Pass the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest

2. Waist circumference

Measure from where you usually wear your pants.

In your socks, stand against a straight wall and measure your height from the soles of your feet to the top of your head.

B Chest:
Measure around the widest part of the chest.

C Waist:
Measure around the waist.

D Inside leg:
Measure from the soles of your feet to the hip and then subtract the waistband.
